  • • You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or professional use.

4. Account Responsibility

  • • Keep your credentials secure and do not share account access improperly.
  • • You are responsible for activity under your account unless legally proven otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

  • • You retain rights to your input content and resulting card materials where applicable.
  • • ToCard platform code, branding, and visual system remain protected intellectual property.

6. Liability & Changes

  • • Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
  • • Terms may be updated; continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
